With our CONDITION MONITORING module we help you to avoid unplanned system downtimes and boost your productivity. Furthermore, you are always aware of wear reserves and incipient damage to system components. For this purpose, selected sensor and process data are transmitted to the monitoring centre via a secure VPN connection and run through the database-supported and self-learning trend analysis. If specified limit values are exceeded an automatic alarm message, in addition to component-related desktop visualisation, is sent to recipients predesignated by the customer, either by email or SMS. This provides the opportunity to plan maintenance times accurately into production-free time-periods and to make duly arrangements for required resources.
Active action management
As well as visualisation, alarm messages and reporting, the system also offers automatic feedback to your service management. The system puts out specific maintenance suggestions with action recommendations that can be conveniently and efficiently integrated into maintenance planning in the service management module.
Data security
Your data are transmitted via a secure VPN connection and the interfaces are protected both in the system and at our monitoring centre through passwords and firewalls. Your data are completely isolated from the public Internet, and access is only permitted to authorised personnel and is strictly monitored.
